If you are here it means you’re someone different. Nobody reads the “about us” page on websites. You probably also read the back of labels and ask yourself a few questions about the cosmetics industry. You probably already know that there are often only managers behind cosmetic brands. Behind Rhea there is a brother, who is used to having cosmetic dreams that make everyone say “Hey, this can’t be done!!”, a very rational sister who quickly turns them into reality, and a mother, who started it all 30 years ago with the name Dermosfera. Basically, we’re talking about Gianmarco and Sara Alfonso and Franca Zironi.

And then there is a group of young people (the average age is under 39) in which the female presence is predominant (our employees are 85% women). They are our travel companions, with their special stories: the warehouse worker is engaged to the purchasing department manager, the sales agent is in love with the graphic designer but has never told her, if one of us gets married, then we all want to go and help choose the dress, and so on, with the crazy idea of doing skincare in a different way.
