Shipping and
Payments FAQ

Dermosfera ships by Express Courier within Italy, in Europe including the United Kingdom (excluding countries where there are already authorised distributors), Australia, Canada, the USA and the United Arab Emirates. The list of countries can be found on the Order Summary page of the Website in the "Country" section and is subject to change.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country, and are always clearly indicated on the Order page of the Site. Non-EU countries may be subject to customs duties and some products cannot be shipped by air.

In Italy, a fixed fee of €7.90 (VAT included) will be charged for shipping for Orders up to a total amount of €100. Shipping is free of charge for Orders over €100. In the rest of Europe (excluding the United Kingdom), a fixed fee of €20 (VAT included) will be charged for shipping. In the United Kingdom, a fixed fee of €40 (VAT included) will be charged for shipping. In Australia, Canada, the USA and the United Arab Emirates, a fixed fee of €80 (VAT included) will be charged for shipping, but this will be fully compensated with free products of the same value at the discretion of Dermosfera.

How long will it take to receive my order and how can I track the shipment?

Your Order will be handed over to the courier within 1 or 2 working days from the date of confirmation, at which time we will email you the information to track and trace the shipment. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays, or on holidays, will not be processed until Monday or the next following working day.

In Italy, delivery takes 1 or 2 working days on average. For shipments to Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia, and distressed areas, or due to strikes or delays caused by the Courier, delivery times may be longer. For shipments beyond Italy’s borders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and possible customs checks.

What if I am not there on the day of delivery?

In the event of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient at the specified address, the courier shall send a notification email informing you of the date on which it will attempt a new delivery. The email shall also indicate the telephone number and email address of the Courier's Customer Service, which you can contact to agree on a specific delivery date or to request a hold. In the event it is impossible to execute the delivery even on the agreed date due to the absence of the addressee, and 2 working days have passed without you having contacted the courier, Dermosfera Customer Service will attempt to agree with you on scheduling a new delivery. If Customer Service fails to contact you for the next 5 working days or if it is again impossible to deliver due to absence of the addressee, the Products covered by the Order will be sent back to Dermosfera.

Why haven't I received my order yet?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship to Europe (including the United Kingdom), as well as Australia, Canada, the USA and the United Arab Emirates. The list of countries can be found on the Order Summary page of the Website in the "Country" section and is subject to change.

Payments: methods and security

The most common payment methods are accepted, such as - but not limited to - credit cards (American Express, Master Card and Visa), for which payments are handled via the Stripe.com portal; PayPal; Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

Sorry, payment by bank transfer is currently not possible.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

No, there is no cash-on-delivery payment method, so the only payment method envisaged is payment by the method indicated on completing the Order.

Are Internet orders secure?

All information about your order, your personal data and your credit card is strictly protected. We adopt the most advanced standards in data transfer and access to information. When paying by credit card, financial information (card number, expiry date, etc.) is never displayed or stored by Dermosfera, as it is processed directly by the platform processing the payment.

What is SSL?

Your orders and personal data, such as name, address and all information you enter on www.rheacosmetics.com are protected by modern security systems. Using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security protocol issued by Comodo, the transfer of this data is encrypted and rendered unreadable to third parties. This security standard, which is supported by all major web browsers, is indicated by a padlock in the status bar. Dermosfera takes precautions to protect your personal information. It is important not to reveal your password and to ensure that your data transmission is encrypted by the SSL protocol (check the presence of the padlock in the status bar). If you share your computer with others, be sure to log off your account at the end of each order.
