Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of Article 52 of the Italian Consumer Code and subject to the exclusions set out in Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (specifically for the purchase of clearly customised goods or the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons, such as cosmetics or products related to the protection of health that have been opened after delivery), you are entitled to withdraw without any penalty and without specifying the reason within a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier, designated by the Customer acquires physical possession of the goods. In the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by the Customer in one order and delivered separately, the term shall run from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier, designated by the Customer acquires physical possession of the last item.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Dermosfera S.r.l. of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an explicit declaration (e.g. letter sent by post or email to the email address: info@rheacosmetics.com). For this purpose, you can use the standard withdrawal form provided for in Annex I Part B to Legislative Decree no. 21 of 21/2/2014, containing the following:

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, you need only send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised in accordance with this article, within the terms and in the manner described below, to return the Products, you may choose on of the following, as requested at the time you send the notice of withdrawal:

• a refund of the amount paid for the returned Products, by crediting the relative sum back through the payment method used;
• credit of an amount equal to the price of the returned Products in the form of an Online Voucher, usable only on the Website.

The refund of the Product price (or the disbursement of the Online Voucher, if chosen by the Customer) will take place within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of your notice of withdrawal. This is without prejudice to Dermosfera S.r.l.'s right to withhold the refund until it has received the goods or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever situation occurs first.

Returning the Products

Products must be returned in their original packaging and must arrive "as new" without any damage to the Product or the Product packaging.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 57, paragraph 1 of the Italian Consumer Code, the return costs shall be borne exclusively by you. Packages sent at the recipient's expense will not be accepted.

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, you shall return the goods to Dermosfera S.r.l., without undue delay and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which you notified Dermosfera S.r.l. of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

Without prejudice to the impossibility of exercising the right of withdrawal in the cases provided for in Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (including the case of purchase of clearly customised goods or the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons, such as cosmetics that have been opened after delivery), you shall in any case be liable - even you refrain from removing the seals of the Product and/or its packaging - for any decrease in the value of the Product and/or its packaging resulting from any handling of the Product and/or its packaging other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, Dermosfera S.r.l. shall not be liable for transportation costs for the return or for any loss or damage to the Products attributable to third parties.

The Products must be returned to Dermosfera S.r.l. substantially complete, with their original packaging, accessories, promotional gifts, instructions for use and anything else supplied with them, by post to the following address:
