Vitamin C and Panthenol carry out a soothing action, while stem cells from Chili Peppers stimulate cellular metabolism and reduce inflammation. But, as it is a multi-tasking cream, it also performs an anti-aging action thanks to the fat-soluble vitamins and Oligopeptide 3 which stimulates collagen.
