Dermosfera S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse an order, to set out purchase limits or to enforce payment in advance, especially in the case of unpaid invoices, credit risk or insolvency.

Price and invoicing

The prices payable for the items ordered are those in force on the date of order issue, inclusive of taxes and shipping costs.

Dermosfera S.r.l. retains the right of ownership of the goods delivered until the full payment of the invoice.

Payment by credit card

The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, through the paypal gateway.

Payment via PayPal

PayPal, an eBay group company, is a quick and secure payment system.

Once payment through PayPal is completed, the purchaser will be redirected to the PayPal website where they can access their account by entering a personal e-mail address and their password.

Shipping costs are at customer expens, calculated based on their destination and are explicitly highlighted at the time of order execution. No liability can be charged to Dermosfera S.r.l. in case of delay in ordering or delivery of the ordered goods. Any external damage or non-compliance with the number of packages or indications must be immediately challenged by the courier who makes the delivery.

In according to Italian Law n. 206/2005, You have 14 days from the date of reception to return the products ordered, at your expense, for reimbursement. Reimbursement shall be made by your chosen means of payment within 30 days of your request to return the products (from reception of the returned order or proof of shipping of the returned product).
Whatever the reason for returning products to Dermosfera S.r.l., we recommend that you follow the instructions below to facilitate processing of the return: send an email to the address store@rheacosmetics.com to comunicate your intention of return product and wait for further information.
